Due to ongoing limitations to fight Covid, and the situation with USPS, American customers may be experiencing delays on non-tracked orders.
Under regular conditions, USA shipments can usually take 4-6 weeks and I offer solutions after an 8 week delay.
Because of these compounding delays, please allow up to 12 weeks between dispatch and arrival.

My country is currently under quarantine for non-essential outings. I am able to go to the post office, but I am limiting my visits so please bear in mind shipping may take a little longer than usually stated.
There is a limit on countries I can send to. I currently am not delivering to Mexico or Australia. If your country has limited postal services right now, please get in touch before purchasing so I can check the prohibited list for your country.Many thanks for your patience and understanding. Small orders are sent by STANDARD service.
Standard services have no tracking and cannot be reclaimed or refunded if lost or damaged in transit- tracked services can be claimed for in the event of loss or damage.
Making a large order?
If your order contains three items or more, (Not including stickers) it will automatically upgrade to a tracked service, keeping your items safe! If you would like a personalized shipping quote on an order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
If your order's shipping comes to OVER 15€, please get in touch! Unless you've ordered one of everything in store, the weight should rarely exceed 500g. I will personally calculate shipping for you and send a coupon for overages.
Want to add something to your order?
If you want to add something to a previous order that hasn't yet shipped- send an email or DM on twitter with the order details and item(s) you want to add- I'll send you a coupon for the extra shipping cost off, and make a note to combine the orders. The sooner you contact the better- if I've already packed the item I cannot add anything after!

These times can be affected by holiday seasons or adverse weather.

Made to Order items may vary. If I have extras in stock they will ship faster, but usually they require time to process. Individual listings will include processing time.
